However, the status bar should clearly indicate upon mouseover which links are downloads, the most likely thing for a person without images enabled to want from the site. This of course wouldn't help at all with images disabled. I gave thought to having a lower portion of the navbar with text that changed depending upon which buttons were mouseovered, but dropped the idea to reduce the number of windows that would make the image an incomplete "window" to make it look better. I do recall thinking that not having the alt popups did make it look more SS2-esque, as there were no such popups in game. Perhaps an intentional choice, perhaps HTML dropped from web-software, or some other factor. I'm not sure, but I think that I tried slipping some alt references to images sometime, and when the page was updated, they were gone. ![]() The Rebirth site is almost completely unusable with images disabled. ![]()
